Interventional Mediation or Divorces or other disputes

At any point in a conflict, whether it be an ongoing divorce or other dispute, there may be a sudden or unexpected need for mediation, Interventional Mediation is offered by SMC. We will guide parties through a voluntary negotiation process of a specific issue, thereby allowing for the continuation of the divorce process. This can occur either with or without attorneys present.
